Premium annual full-service lawn and landscape maintenance — a recurring programme for the entire property, not a cutting route with extras available.
There is a real gap between a crew that cuts grass and a company responsible for how a landscape looks every week of the year. Our maintenance clients are people who have invested in their property, often one we designed, built and lit, and who want it held at the standard it was installed to.
It runs as an annual agreement because that is the only way property care actually works in this climate. Turf, beds and foliage are on a twelve-month cycle here, and the results come from consistency rather than from calling somebody once it has already got away from you.
